Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address, if you ask for your practice test results or buy. Used to send what you asked for and study emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• Purchase details from Stripe: your email and a payment reference. We never see or store your card number.
• License records: a one-way hash of your license key, never the key itself, plus a count of activated devices.
• Study progress: which questions you answered and your mock exam scores, stored against the hash of your license so it syncs across devices.
• Basic analytics: pages visited and events such as starting a practice test, without advertising profiles.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores license and progress records. Stripe processes payments. If email is enabled, Loops sends our emails. Each acts as a processor for us.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click. To delete your data, email hello@remotepilotready.com from the address you used and we remove it within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for tax purposes.
